That means your item is freshly handled, not aged in storage, but it also means delivery takes a little longer than same-day couriers: 8–11 business days nationwide across South Africa.
We know that's a wait, so here's what happens after you order:

- We'll send tracking details once your item ships
- If anything changes with your delivery window, we'll let you know — no silent delays
